Delivery

We currently provide free in-store ‘Click and Collect’ for local pickup. All other purchases will be sent via Australia Post and incur a $9.95 delivery fee Australia wide. All purchases over $250 are eligible for free Express Post. Items can be tracked via Australia Post.

We will process your order within 48 hours and send you an email with tracking information.

In the unlikely event that an item has become ‘out of stock’ since your purchase, we will contact you within 48 hours and discuss a solution. If items are shipped separately you will not be charged additional postage fees.

Returns Policy

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ returns. However, we endeavour to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you would like to return an item we will happily provide a voucher for a future purchase. You must visit us in store or contact us to arrange a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Once your return has been requested:

• Post the item(s) back at your expense. We suggest adding Tracking to your package as we do not provide reimbursement for packages lost by Australia Post.

• Upon receiving your package, your item(s) will be assessed. All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed and saleable condition. All original tags must still be attached with no evidence of having been removed.

• Once your return is approved, you will be provided a Store Credit which will be sent to you via email. This can be used in store or online and is valid for 6 months.

Faulty item: We pride ourselves on stocking high quality fashion. We will never send you faulty items, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us and we will provide a solution.

We ask that you contact us immediately to advise of any issues with your order, and at a maximum of 5 days from when you received your order.

We do not provide returns for items with ‘wear and tear’, only for manufacturing faults.

Gift Vouchers and Store Credit

Gift voucher are available for purchases online and in store. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date.

Store credit is available for purchases online and in store. Store Credit is valid for 6 months from issue date.
